SPST has established an Executive Council responsible for planning future developments and initiatives. Supporting this Council is an executive advisory board consisting of 6-8 top international experts, who provide guidance and suggestions for the growth and development of SPST. Together, these two teams are responsible for developing the vision and direction for the future of SPST. Policies for recruitment and promotion, educational practices, student reform, laboratory safety, and other general policies, are continually revisited for effective growth and promotion of excellence. The structure claims a high priority towards streamlined intercommunications for maximum productivity administratively.
