35 young teachers and 35 young management staff participated in the young teachers teaching competition and the 5th young management staff competition of Tianjin University, held by the Labor Union of TJU in December 2017.

Young teachers in School of Life Sciences including Kang Jun, Qin Xiaohong, and Wu Xiaoli participated in the teaching competition of the science group. Kang won the grand prize, Qin and Wu both won the first prize with their excellent performance.

The 5th young management staff competition included two parts, written examination and interview. Wu Xuan tied the first place with another teacher in the written part and won the first prize of the competition eventually.

Based on the teaching competition and management staff competition, our school tried to further develop the teachers’ professional ethics, teaching abilities, management skills and comprehensive abilities.
