1^stACS Jingjinji Chapter Young Star Forum on Health Science & 9^thHealth Sciences PlatformDoctoral Forum will be hosted by ACS Jingjinji Chapter andHealth Sciences Platform, Tianjin University on Oct. 25-26^thin Tianjin University, which is faced to Jingjinji PhD & master degree candidates. The topic of the forum this time is Health Science. The goal of this forum is to bring up young stars, and to give an opportunity to attend international conferences as well as a communication platform for young students.

The schedule will be arranged according to international conference standard: Excellent PhD candidates will be invited to give oral presentations in English, while master candidates will be invited to give poster presentations in English. Meanwhile, industrial R&D experts will be invited to introduce differences between campus scientific research and industrial one. Academic and industrial experts will be invited to serve as judges, to give comments and select 10 “ACS Young Star” and 18 excellent poster winners, the tutors of “ACS Young Star” will be awarded as “Excellent Tutor”.

During the forum, well-known companies like Dequan, Kelun and Tianjin Hospital are invited to communicate with excellent graduate students in Jingjinji area. The company presentations were provided to introduce the company feature as well as the focus points in company recruitment. On the evening of Oct 25^th, a communication banquet will also be held, in order that students and companies can have face-to-face communication opportunities. After the forum, we will provide students’ resumes to the companies as reserve information.

The PhD candidates need to submit a presentation abstract (written in English), while the master candidates need to submit a poster. The one who wants to communicate with companies can also submit a personal resume. The accommodation and meal during the forum will be provided. The travelling expenses will also be covered.
