School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (SPST), important part of the Health Science Platform of Tianjin University will hold Summer Camp for both high school students and university students on July 4-6th2017.
As the first school to pilot the “Network of International Centers for Education in China” program jointly supported by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) and the Ministry of Education (MoE), SPST is implementing an internationalization reform.
First Education Feature:SPST has established the first full English "BS-MS-PhD" pharmaceutical talents training scheme in China, with the aim of training advanced pharmacy talents upholding an internationally reputable qualification.
Second Education Feature:A “Mentor System", "Senior System ", and "Teaching Assistant System" provides the direction for a balanced study, work, and lifestyle environment. “Peer-led”, "Case Studies" and other international renowned teaching methods are widely used in teaching the curriculum.
Third Education Feature:The experimental practice is over 128 class hours every semester in the Pharmacy Experimental Teaching Center. Integrating a high-level, safe environmenta with safe practices. The Experimental Teaching Center and practical curriculum system is designed by German experts in process chemistry
Fourth Education Feature:1) International faculty: close to 40 full-time international experts from 18 countries. 2) International students and exchange students: students come from US, UK, Germany, Australia, Thailand, and Indian… … all over the world. 3) International environment: all the courses, assignments, reports, and activities are in English.
